What was the highlight of HOTEL LiVEMAX Tokyo Shiomi Ekimae
Great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights, easy to access and very clean.
The Hotel is easy to reach by train from Tokyo and its literally next to the train station. Easy check in and very clean rooms.
Being close to the train station you hear trains rolling by. Rooms are a bit small, but good for 1 or 2 nights

Very Poor
Disneyland train line was convenient
Aircon dusty, very small room compared to other Tokyo hotel, ventilation not good (maybe because we were assigned smokers room). Sheets were old. Location didn't have much around.

staff was friendly
When i got the room first thing i saw was that there was alot of dust in all of the corners. In the bathroom, the shower curtain and the wall behind was covered in mold. After telling the front desk they offered me another room but that had the same problem, also it had a big white stain on the bed cover. The staff was very friendly though and replaced the curtain and got the shower cleaned. Also the airco and the bathroom fan was filled with dust. I sent a message through booking.com to the hotel for some kind of recuperation but got no reply. I would never stay in a livemax hotel again and will not recommend anyone to do so. It is just not hygienic

Bad location and small room
We were only there for 2 nights that was good.
The location is very isolated, The washing machines are terrible, The room is very small for 2 people it was booked for 2, but we got a single bed
